Mattress Firm Mitchell Super Center

My boyfriend and I decided we needed a new bed at her place. We went to mattress firm just to look last night. We showed up at 5:45 PM which is 15 minutes before closing time on Sundays. The man working was actually from the Sioux Falls store but covering a night in Mitchell he told us. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for while being honest telling us that it was just around closing time so he did have a few things that he was going to work on while we looked around. But he actually ended up helping us find the exact bed that we wanted while explaining exactly why we wanted it. We told him what we were looking for when we came in and he nailed it right on the spot! And he flat out told us that he would stick around for us to finance our bed so that he could get the order put in so we could get it by next week. So we decided to stick around and sign our lives away.nnChase was very professional this entire time we were there. He was also very easy to talk with and definitely didn’t try pulling BS sales tactics on us like other people will do. He ended up staying 45 minutes after closing time to help us purchase the bed that we wanted so badly. And he had a smile on his face the entire time and was extremely pleasant during our visit. All I can say is he is probably one of the best salesman that we’ve ever dealt with purchasing things like this. The world needs more Chase’s like him!! I think the man deserves employee of the year or one heck of a bonus!nnAnd Chase if you ever read this, you are awesome! Thanks again for everything!! ud83dude01

Crazy Ray is a great guy very nice and knowledgeable

My boyfriend/fiancé went in looking for a specific mattress which we had found on the mattress firm web site.nI specifically told the gentleman I think his name is ray what my budget for a mattress was. He had us lay on several different mattresses, we told him that we wanted to discuss what was going to be best for us. We went to each of the bed we had tried out, and evidently ray thought we were finished discussing which we weren’t. He proceeded to try and sell us a $3,000 mattress which wasn’t what I wanted. My man and I continued to try to discuss mattresses, but it’s impossible when you’ve got a salesman following you around trying to get you to buy something you don’t want. I finally said I was going to my vehicle to think about it. He told us to let him know. My fiancé went back in and told him we needed more time.nWe went over to rent all, got a decent mattress within my price range. I will not ever step foot into mattress firm in the Mitchell store as long as that salesman is working. This happened on the 4th of July 2019.
