I used Armstrong for a local move and had a fantastic experience. My sales rep - Derek - was extremely hands on from the beginning, walking me through each room of my house to understand the best options for my move, explaining different move scenarios, and giving advice for how to arrange my home for a seamless move day experience. He was also explained in a very straightforward way how I would be charged and the different ways my actual price may vary from the quote (both up and down adjustments). I also appreciated the follow up from Selina, the operations manager, in the days leading up to the move to set expectations and ensure the crew would have everything they needed before arriving. The move crew showed up early in their allotted time window and were efficient and professional, needing just a quick walkthrough of the home before getting started. 10/10 I would move with Armstrong again and highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend Armstrong Atlanta for moves to the area. They moved my mother from Pennsylvania to Florida. They were extremely flexible with setting a date, and carried through the move with minimal issues. What small issues did come up (a delayed piece from storage, a few broken items) they resolved fairly and quickly. They stand by their work and that's important because no major move will go without a hitch. Fred, Karen and Lakeshea are all a pleasure to work with and excellent at what they do!

I must say Armstrong made my move so smooth, I moved from Atlanta, Georgia to State of Washington, its around 2700 miles and I opted for their full packing service, all their staff is so professional and easy to approach. I got my stuff in same condition without any breakage. I highly recommend United Van lines as one of the top option for any in-state or out-of-state moving.

We had a great experience with Armstrong for our local move last month! Our sales rep Derek was very helpful in helping us get the best value from their service. He gave us tips during the virtual walkthrough of our house on what we should pack and / or move ourselves to save on costs. He was also upfront on pricing. On moving day the movers were on time and worked nonstop. They were all very friendly and helpful. Best of all, we actually got a credit back on our card a couple weeks after the move because the move didn't take as long as quoted and we didn't use all of the boxes. I highly recommend this company!
