They said they have 3 years warranty chair failed to work properly after a year of purchase(2019). I told them what’s going on with a chair and they told me that motherboard needs to be replaced. Which I supposed to purchase it, because they are claiming that year passed. Warranty about 3 years is lie. Don’t recommend buying a chair from this company. Or anything
The most terrible customer service. Once you purchased the chair, they just ignore all your calls and emails. No responds at all!
It is a perfect massage chair. I love it so much. I always have lower back pain, and I had a massage chair before, that one was not heavy pressure like this one. The power is just perfect for my lower back. Other than that the neck position is perfect too. I love it so much. I would recommend to whoever looking for a massage chair.
My friend told about how their warranty doesn’t work
Cause more pain than relief. Way to small for people who weight 200 lbs. My legs were in pain. Remote control is garbage(dosen't respond). very bad company
