The store is well lit and clean. I went in to pay my bill and pick up the free socks from T-Mobile Tuesday app. The customer service representative was nice and friendly. In and out in 5 mins.
I've been a customer of TMobile for over 15 years. However after being in a serious car wreck and out of work for a few weeks and TMobile refusing to help me out on my bill in any way shape or form. I can only say that they have the worse customer loyalty I've ever seen out of a company.
Great store great customer service. The manager really goes the extra yard to make sure T-Mobile issues are resolved and billing issues are cleared up. Best personalized customer service.
