They are very nice people to deal with. They answer all you questions and will help you with anything you need. The office personnel are always cheerful.
I went to visit the location on veterans Memorial Drive a couple days ago they were very nice and showing me a storage unit. I wasn’t ready to make a decision so they asked if they could follow up with me a d they did a day or so later. I agreed. I talked to Kim she was very helpful very kind and I just appreciate the professionalism she showed towards me. I secured the unit today. Thanks Kim!!!
Staff (Kim) was excellent!! Very helpful and went out of her way to get me the unit I needed, even though I had initially reserved a different one. I felt more than cared for and my things feel safe!!! Lol. Great storage company. Would recommend time over.
Miss Kim was an angel! She was very thorough and detailed in her explanation of the contract and business in general. Go see her!
I have had my items in storage here for years. Kim has done a great job. The facility is always clean, in a good area, and access was never a problem.
