Unprofessional. All four members of the staff. I “placed” an order for blinds three days ago and still nothing. You aren't allowed to take what you need, you need someone to “assist” you. And then no one assists you. They don't give you a time frame, they aren’t honest. They don’t respect your time wasted, driving to their location. All four members that I’ve dealt with need a couple of courses in customer service because apparently they don’t need to sell anything. They just plan to pack more things into their warehouse. One star is one star too many.
Marcus has always been so friendly and has the best deals anywhere on practically anything you need for home and workshop. He treats customers like friends, the way business used to be. Ill always be a customer of his and support his business!
Scratch and dent open box merchandise. Seems to work fine.
Not that great of a selection. The prices aren't that greatly discounted either.
Why go to Home Depot when you can come here for the same products at literary half the price. The owner was very helpful, patient and outgoing. I will be coming here from now on for all my home needs, especially for blinds and power tools. Can't beat the prices!
