usually i dont post on reviews unless its something serious!!! bad service!!! never again i will come to this store, a friend refered to me to come to the one on 366 riverside parkway in austell about 10 mins from here, its def worth the trip ,MR eddie their helped me with everything,very kind and friendly , helped me with my g mail contacts photos videos apps ect!!! if you want great customer satisfaction i recommend going their! and i do hope someone from corprate come and check this east west conn. location,these employees are giving the companys a bad name and want people to switch their number to another company, CORPRATE PLEASE COME AND CHECK THIS STORE!!! THEIR ARE TERRIBLE

The location on east west connector in the home depot plaza have no Integrity. I went into the store and spoke with Erica about new service. I wanted a $40 plan and she told me I had to start a new plan for $60. It did not sound right since because they offer $40 plan. I called the corporate office and the corporate office said that is not trust. I switched the to $40 plan. She is telling alot of new customers to start a new service they have to pay $60. Watch out for misleading information.
