When I entered into the store everyone was very courteous, they looked up my part with no problem. My part needed to be ordered and they gave no hassle to place my order but I decided to come back later. I wanted to check around, but overall they gave me a great calm feeling here. The lines are a whole lot shorter than the Autozone and Advanced Auto that's down the street. I save at least 20 min. Just from the wait, and their prices are usually around the same.

They The half worthy only auto parts store in the metro area it had the part I needed after trying hundreds and hundreds of auto parts stores . They're radical man , totally awesome, I've never in my life Experience the level of just plain charm , charisma ,steadfast S savoir faire .

The assistant store manager JACKSON made me very uncomfortable. Im an organized and ocd kind of person so I have to do things a certain way. He intentionally gave me a different brand part in a different brand box. I come to see I don't have the right part and try to return it only for him to tell me the part in the box is a different brand from the brand of the box. You know that feeling when you KNOW someone is trying to play you. Between me being a woman and also not Caucasian I honestly feel like I was set up and discriminated against. As I got upset about him trying to tell me this is not how he sold it to me he had this disgusting smirk on his face because he knew as the manager on duty at that time that he could get away with this. I will be speaking with the actual store manager today and I will also be speaking with corporate especially if they do not allow me to return this unused part that I have the receipt to. ud83dudc4dnnUpdate: Spoke with store manager Martinez and he took care of my refund.
