Everything was fine until That manager turned on me like I was trying to avoid paying yes I did fall behind but I did communicate unlike regular customers..The crew is excellent but the manager really needs to be more reasonable and not sterotype all ppl the same ..Some ppl are honest and don't try to play games and make honest decisions..Nobody plans on falling short at times Only the good ppl will come forward and acknowledge that.But This Manager felt as If I wasn't honest or better yet could afford this furniture.Use your best judgement here ..Some ppl will go 40 days plus and don't pay 1 dime ...Good ppl was suffer and turn all back into this company ..Worst Place Ever!! Do Not Ever do Business With Him!!!

It is understood that companies have policy’s and steps in place to complete a transaction. With that being the case with Buddy’s having to verify info prior to delivery they should be more clear about that point before making commitments. They took my app and told me I was good to go. They processed my first payment, scheduled my delivery for Monday the 20th between 4-6. They even went as far as saying see you Monday! Monday the 20th I get a call an hour before the delivery saying they cannot verify info with my landlord (I own my house) and will not be delivering my order. They said they called me earlier but I have no missed calls or VMs from them. My wife and I agreed that this was not going to fly with us. We canceled the order and requested a refund.nnAs of today, the 23rd, no refund has been processed and each time I asked about it I was given a different name of someone to call. I’m sorry you all work together, don’t make the customer do the footwork. I disputed this through my bank, I don’t have time for this.nnThey just want to blame the customer and take zero ownership and zero effort to fix the problem.

I tried to purchase a desktop computer. I got it home and set it up. It had a password on it and I couldnt get in. I took it back and was told to comeback in a few hours because she was going to reset it. I advised her I could do it and I took it back, reset it only to find that there was a short in the wiring and it wouldnt respond to the key strokes. Next morning is a tuesday and when I showed up the manager informed me he had ordered me a brand new computer. I asked when it would arrive and the answer he gave was Monday or tuesday. I informed him that I needed the computer in order to keep my job and my deadline I had been given by my boss was tuesday and the manager said i would have it by then. Monday came and went . Tuesday on my 1st break I call and was told he was waiting on the FedEx truck. On my lunch hour I drove to the store and it still hadn't arrived. Getting late into the day I start calling every hour, praying it had arrive so I wouldnt lose my job. The business day came to a close without a word from Buddy rents. I arrived at buddy's wednesday morning only to find the store padlocked not 1 car in the parking lot. I sat there and cried wondering how in these times am I going to find a job to feed my kids since I was unemployed at this point. Thursday I go to buddy's store to return the computer that I had been given . When I walked in the door the lady behind the counter turned to grab an old computer off the shelf when I informed her that her company done cost me my job and that I needed to return the old computer with no power cord that they had given me and I wanted my money back which she informed me that it would take 3 to 5 business day for the refund to show up in my account. Needless to say over a full week, 8 full 24 hour days have passed and i can tell I'm probably not going to see a penny of it because I was not told the truth even once by one single person that I interacted with during this entire transaction. This place needs to be shut down. The people that work there lie for a living. I would bet they are all single because they lie badly. STAY AWAY IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY.

If I could give it location zero stars I would. They lied to us all day about when they would deliver our furniture which was suppose to be between 11am - 1pm then waited until 5 when they close at 6 to tell us they couldn’t get in touch with our landlord when we had been calling them all day & no one told us until the end of the day and all it took was for us to call our landlord and she called them back right then and there. Then we get excuses as to why our furniture can’t be delivered when all they had to do was tell us earlier that she didn’t answer and it would’ve been handled. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & VERY FRUSTRATING WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.
