Warning! Do not use these people-they are incompetent, rude, and you will be in there 20-30 minutes minimum. Drive the extra 2 miles to the East-West Connector store; they are polite and professional.
I bought my phone from a different store and they couldn't help me out, so I decided come to this store and guess what I'm so glad I did. This employees was very knowledgeable with phones. He resolved my issues within few mins. I was so happy I'd offer him a tip money, but couldn't accepted it instead he asked me to write a review about my visit to the store. I'd had a amazing experiences and felt very welcome as soon as I'd walked in. This is my new Metro store from now!!
Very good deals and fast service
Worst metro store, purchased 2 phones 2 days ago one of them the screen does not work. His response was I can’t help you go to a corporate store or let the batteries die and see if it restarts. DO NOT GO HERE WAIST OF TIME!!
