Great service and thankful the rep listened to what we needed.
My husband and I stopped at the Sumberland Outlet in Beresford to look for a recliner for me. We were surprised at the large selection. I found just what I was looking for. Our salesman, Daniel, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us load it and we were on our way. Great experience. We will be back!

I wish that a person could have at least an option, to purchase something that was Real Wood, not one of their items in the entire store are 100% Real Wood. If they had even a few options it would be an improvement, Even if the cost was more, for the real thing, even though some of their things look like Real Wood, I was disappointed when the clerk told me they didn't carry any 100% Real Wood products, not one. I still made a substantial purchase, they have a satisfactory selection, but A few options of Real Wood would have made the experience even nicer, & I wouldn't have had to go to another store to purchase it.
Our salesman Dan gave us a great deal on furniture. We came in to just buy a bed, but left with a leather couch and matching rocker too!
