I have a shipment comiing That was supposed to be here last week. YRC called me to confirm the week before but said they would give me a courtesy call and let me know when they were on the way. An 18-wheeler showed up at my house at 9:00 a.m. while I was at the gym with absolutely no warning or courtesy call ahead of time. The driver was very kind and said we will reschedule the delivery. I just received another call and they said that the lift gate on their truck is not working and we need to reschedule delivery again. Overall their customer service is decent but their equipment and communication is poor.
Best trucking company in the world
Ordered something from Costco- item was a wall bed. The issue I had is the delivery service that Costco contracts to deliver these types of products-Not the COSTCO WAY! YRC Shipping(YOUR RARE CHANCE that it's coming) confirmed delivery, cancelled, confirmed deliver, NO SHOWED for 4 four days, delivered wrong items, and treated me rudely when I was frustrated. It was the worst experience and will make me reconsider ordering anything online again that is a large item. Customer service is very important. I spoke to some wonderful employees that apologized for the circumstances. When asked to speak to the manager Rob Kitts, I was given a million excuses why this wasn't his fault. It was also comforting that he's the manager and told me several times that he just learned about my delivery issue(5 days after the item was MIA with a confirmed delivery time) and I had called the company to report that it hadn't arrived? When asked to speak to the owner of the business, I was told that it was owned by investors and there was no one to report my concerns/frustrations. My recommendation- find any other company but this one to deliver your items!

I have a pallet coming from Delaware to the cloud springs location for pickup. When I paid the delivery date was 7/12. It is now saying 7/22, it was picked up on 7/10. I have called and called to no avail. I may get it before Christmas. Now I have another invoice because they want 42 more dollars when I go to pickup. Very very dishonest. I will never use yrc again. I could have drove to Delaware myself faster. They say it is standard ground and not guaranteed, nowhere on my paperwork does it say anything about standard shipping. Seriously, beware of this company. They just give you the run around. Great prices but I would rather pay extra for customer service because they have no customer service.
