My family and I sat in line at this location for 10-15 minutes to be told once we reached the speaker that the store location was closed. How rude!! They could’ve sent one of the employees out to let the patronizing customers who patiently waited in line for service that they were in fact closed. And on top of that, the website specifically said that they were slated to close at 6:00pm and my watch showed 5:05pm. I know things happen and nothing is perfect but you could at least be mindful of customers and communicate with them of any changes. Bad business practices.

I visited Columbus GA & was welcomed on the Army base & I was so excited to learn that there was a Starbucks on base. I love Starbucks. I don't get to go to a Starbucks very often, so whenever I get the chance to go, I really enjoy it so much. I normally get A Tall White Chocolate Caramel Mocha a with Extra Caramel :-) IT'S TOTALLY MY FAVORITE DRINK FROM STATBUCKS :-)

Convenient location in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, so many mom's bring their children in and let them run wild. It's a coffee shop, not a daycare/playground. Kinda wish the employees were able to kick them outside. Hours listed online are incorrect. Nice to stop by when I get a chance, but the hours are frustrating when most folks work during their business hours. This store also doesn't participate in Starbucks Rewards, which isn't stated anywhere. The employees are usually chatting amongst one another or eating at the register. The manager is usually seen on her phone. They often don't have the ingredients for non-coffee drinks. All-in-all, I have to drive to the Starbucks in the PX to get professional service.
