We stopped at the Cartersville store to look for a mattress. Colin was very helpful in showing us the different types of mattresses to fit our needs. We did purchase a mattress set at a great price also. I would definitely recommend this store. Great people, great atmosphere.
Colin was amazing. We have purchased from Mattress Firm several times. However Colin takes the time to really explain the differences in the mattresses a customer is buying. Very professional and knowledgeable. He will work with you and take care of you if there is a problem. He helped us load the bed and box spring and made sure it was secure. We did not feel rushed after the sale was made. I will be back to buy again from Mattress Firm and Colin. Thank you.
