I was up in Yankton visiting some family and decided to search for some printer ink that didn't exist in all of Omaha.nI called the store and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Told me they happened to have the exact cartridge I needed and that they would be open until 6pm.nWhen I arrived (on my way home to Omaha) they were immensely helpful and started very casual conversation that made me feel like I was their favorite customer.nI'm up in that area at least every other month and I will make it a point to stop back in.
An excellent store and service! Fair pricing and great technical service with one of the best computer tech's in the area. I have had nothing but good service and gotten great deals since doing business with Dakota PC Warehouse. Honest, friendly sales staff that are always willing to help you find products and back up what they sell.
Any time we need computer service at home or in our stores these guys are our go to and they never disappoint! We have purchased all our computers here. Lanny and his team provide exceptional customer support!
Employees are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I got my iPhone 8 screen replaced within a couple hours and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend this service!
Charged ~45$ to clean out a fan and then they didn't tighten the screws on the bottom so one fell out. This was also a little over a month ago and the problem is already back! What a waste of 45$
