I have enjoyed using this Panera a lot for great food and service. They make so many great dishes to choose from. I love the Autumn Squash Soup & wish they would keep it on the menu permanently (all year long)! I definitely recommend this restaurant!

The second to last visit I made to the Cartersville, GA Panera on E.Main St., I ordered a whole Mediterranean Veggie sandwich & a Mango Smoothie. When I got home with my order, I had received a Mediterranean Chicken warm grain bowl. I've never had that before nor had never noticed it on the menu. Additionally, as a Vegetarian, I would not order a chicken meal.nnI called the Panera & spoke to a manager, outlining the trouble. He said to simply return to their location in the next few days, replace my order & he'd have a memo there verifying no charge for my new sandwich order.nI did just that & received the correct item. Very smooth, effortless & friendly transaction.nnMistakes happen & this Panera was gracious in clearing up the error.

They consistently leave items out of our drive thru order but staple the bag so it’s not easy to double check before we drive off. We live 20 minutes away and get home to find food missing (the last 3 times we’ve been). We call...they say come back and get it and ask for a remake as if that’s convenient or acceptable. We won’t be back to this location; will drive a little farther to Rome instead.

Great food but that's if they get your order right. Out of 20 + orders they screw up my order 50% of the time. I finally gave up and stopped going. Nice staff, good food just...tired of rolling the dice.
