It was a nightmare from the beginning. Our reservation was for 12:00, I pulled onto the property @ 12:01. We tried front and back door and no one answered. At this point we all end up over with the mechanics who eventually found her in the office. Now I am sitting on the back at their picnic table when I hear her fussing and cussing attempting to forcefully open the door. When she finally opens the door and steps out she immediately starts yelling at me about they close at 12 and that I was late and that she had just gave our truck ud83dude9a to someone else, she said that they had just left. Obviously she didn't realize that we had been there way before the mechanic got in touch with her. That whole experience was a nightmare and I would not recommend them to anyone. Straight lack of professionalism.......It took everything in me to maintain my cool as she disrespected, yelled and lied about my arrival time. The mechanics that were there can verify my time as he asked me what time my reservation was for and when I told him he checked the time and immediately went in search of her. The location in question is the Penske located on Fentress Blvd. in Daytona Beach, Fl.
