AAA Moving Group

My first experience with AAA Moving Group was in 2018 and since then I use AAA Moving Group exclusively for all my moves. They even picked up my upright grand piano from Airport and transported it safely to my condo a few years ago. AAA Moving Group are a not pricey than the average movers but they're just incomparable to other moving services. They are stress free, reliable, fast and on time every time. Movers are respectful, friendly and courteous. My friends and family have used their services and they were all very impressed. I highly recommend AAA Moving Group.

This company is a SHAM at all levels. It is a general contracting company. Each crew, pick up and delivery, are their own company. AAA Sales (John) flat out lied to my wife, when she was researching the company. He provided a quote and a guarantee of service. No one called to follow up to go over the inventory, as stated. We had to call for weeks to confirm the pick up date (we had paid the deposit promptly, as requested). The pick up was a day late. There was not enough space on the truck to accommodate our things, way less than in the agreement. The crew tried to renegotiate the price, saying we were not packed correctly and would have to use their boxes and packing materials. We were forced to leave items behind due to lack of space. We could not get a hold of customer service to resolve the issue right away. An hour later, Maggie promised to resolve the issue and to get us a partial refund. That refund never happened. Delivery was a week late. During that time, Daniel, promised to personally oversee get us delivery and to contact us with updates no matter what. He failed to do so each day. Delivery was in a different truck, so our things which were last in on the original truck, were taken off and put in first into a different truck. The delivery crew did not wear masks, into our house. They gave my wife attitude and a lame excuse when she asked them to wear masks. They has to move items in a far less distance than the maximum stated in the contract and still complained. Avoid this company at all costs.

I moved for my new business. It was my own company. I didn’t have a lot of time but I didn’t want to drive that’s why I hired movers from AAA Moving Group. They were fast and careful with my belongings especially with the furniture. The movers were very skilled. I have to especially mention their foreman who was a very experienced man and directed his men very nicely. These movers were strong and skillful and they moved my items with great care. The rate is reasonable with no additional fees or scams. It was a skillful moving experience.

This moving company is the best in the business. Their team was a pleasure to work with! The entire process was everything I could have hoped for. The communication was excellent as well. The movers were so courteous and respectful. They were also very careful. They really went above and beyond for us. I would never choose another moving coming after such an excellent experience.

AAA Moving Group is by far the best company in Chicago. Since I have to constantly relocate I have used almost all known companies in Chicago, Including New City Movers and The Professionals which are claiming to be the best. AAA Moving Group is definitely better than anyone I have used in the past. I am not just talking about the movers, which were great, their customer service is one of kind. Took my reviews within minutes, communicated promptly throughout the time, accepted my credit card (many companies are cash only). It was just a relieve to find a company with that much care and experience. Thank you!
