Patty from the Daytona store was absolutely amazing! Took the time to explain the whole process and just an awesome person/employee! Thank you I NEVER leave reviews but as a business owner I felt you all needed to know the quality of an employee and the professionalism she showed!

Everything was above par. Both the guy on the phone and the delivery guy were extra helpful. Jeff, the delivery guy went above and beyond. Moving is stressful, but not as stressful with this company

Effortless friendly and worked on our schedule. Had to make a change for a bigger unit that was easy, did all texting with customer service agent. Confirmed the delivery time. All set!

This is the worst option for moving locally. I we called to schedule our delivery 11 days in advance and they could not accommodate a local delivery 11 days in advance. They were unavailable for 3 weeks. This is not what my family signed up for. They instructed us to call 7 days in advance and we were well over that time frame when requesting our delivery. I will never recommend nor use this company for any moving needs. If someone calls with 11 days in advance and they recommend 7 days in advance then they need to pay one of their employees overtime to meet the customers needs.

Overall good experience. Dropped off 2 pods side by side in small driveway and was still able to park in the drive way. Minimal shifting of things in pods during move. One picture frame was broken. When pods were dropped off at destination they were placed behind one another and off set. They blocked my entire drive way. New drive way is substantially bigger than first driveway. No cars could be parked and I had to move up the pick up day, hurriedly empty the pod just to use half of the driveway. Two pods was barley enough for three bedroom 1,300 sq ft home
