After a long day of calling every storage facility in town. I came across Cube Smart Self Storage. Moments after making an online reservation I received a phone call. The guy I was speaking with answered all my questions and was very polite. Once I arrived to facility, I was greeted with smiles and a few jokes. The owner is always on site and made me feel safe to store my stuff there. Was very honest, inexpensive and didn't hurt my wallet any. Was quick and painless when it came to the paperwork. Knowing my items are safe and secure with good people watching over it is a sense of relief. After all the places I looked at Cube Safe Self Storage is the place for me. Before you go anywhere else give these guys a call. You will not regret it. I would give a 10 star rating if allowed. Thank you guys for making me feel welcome and knowing my items are safe.
I was given a courtesy call early in the day to remind me of the reservation I had set. The staff was very professional and we're able to set me up with a unit that was quite convenient for my needs. Thank you
I did not like the service, the high price it was overall a very horrible experience. I would NEVER EVER use their services again. Each month that I was there they added a late fee when I tried repeatedly to pay my bill. They would wait until the day after the 5 days grace period and then call me regarding my account. I travel for work & they aren't in Mexico so I would have to pay that extra $20. I am done with this company they are shadyud83dude20ud83dude20ud83eudd2c this small space $70 a month ridiculous.
This is my first time renting a storage space. Really great staff! Loved the lady who helped me at the counter. Super friendly and super fast process. Thank you!!
My unit was broken into twice. The lock was replaced by someone twice and the storage facility had no idea who was in the unit or who had broken into the unit. I’ve yet to know if things are missing. I do not recommend keeping your things at this facility
