Had exactly what I wanted in a washer and dryer package. Arranged delivery for the next day. Applying for credit was a snap. In an out in about 10 minutes. That's the way I like it. No muss, no fuss. I know what I wanted and got it.
We bought a washer and dryer from them the other day. The dryer had issues and we took it back for a different one. That one had issues to. Our salesman worked with us until we received one that didn't have issues. I am a happy person and will definitely go back there when I need something else. Thank you Ricky for your help.
I have done business at Badcock of Chipley for years. My parents have done business with them my entire life. I don’t see myself buying furniture from anywhere else. I walked in, told them what I wanted and that was that. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. My new couch will be delivered very soon!

This is our favorite place to buy furniture. They always find exactly what we need for a great price. We enjoy the luxury of having our furniture delivered and set up instead of trying to haul it in our truck. Great customer service is the icing on the cake!
