All right I wanted to wait a little bit to give a response because this is something pretty important. When it comes to something that separates you from the ground this is where you want to spend your money.nnI've been into the store a few times and the staff was never pressuring very patient very explanative to everything that was going on and that was happening deal wise.nnI got a basic frame and a super supportive mattress upgrade from the regular. The frame took a minute to figure out in a way that I would not scrape paint from the bottom but honestly the stability and structure of it all is amazingly strong.nnThere's plenty of space-saving and when you go to lay down at night if you use this as a sleeping mattress it actually feels like a bed despite it being sat on all day. Always best to air it after sitting for a minute but it's ready to go immediately and they are willing to install it for you as well as deliver it within a radius of reasonable distance.nnI have absolutely no regrets and I tell everybody who's looking for a futon about this place. Because the futon here isn't just a crummy mattress it's an actual quality bed, and couch.nnI have Crohn's disease which means I have arthritis in my lower back at the age of 32. I sleep like the dead in this beautiful thing and I will likely keep it for as long as I can before going back. And that's exactly the kind of furniture you want.nnThank you guys for your professionalism, your friendliness and patience.nnWorth every penny and then some.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. We bought a futon cover which was nice and thick with palm trees. They had great art work which will have to come back for another day!

(with our wood floors, my wife loves the ease of cleaning under. and the selection of easy to wash covers are well made and tastefully designed. The quality and value has continued to be appreciated these years now, and anticipated years to come.
