The guy who came out to lay the tile broke a piece and couldn't complete the job. That was around the end of January. We waited for about 3 weeks and didn't hear a thing from the tile shop. We finally called and the manager said he didn't know anything about the situation. If you're the manager, shouldn't you know that a job wasn't finished and you haven't been paid??? We waited a week and no contact. We called and the manager said he was working on it and would get back to us. We waited another week and no contact. Called and left a message to contact us. Nothing. Finally, today, we went to the shop. The manager said their tile layers had Covid. We certainly would have appreciated a simple phone call update. :(
If you are in need of flooring look up Andre. Helpful but not over bearing. Knows his products.

Absolutely the best in town. Jim was polite, knowledgeable and professional. Not only was Manasota Flooring’s customer service far better than anyone else in town, their prices were considerably lower. Everything was done on time as promised. Over 1000 ft.² of carpet was installed, and you couldn’t find a a seam if you tried. Highly recommended!
