Very clean and neat store with friendly and helpful associates.
Terrible Customer service! I hope this gets the attention of somebody because I will be using another company. I have been calling Lowe’s in Venice for two weeks trying to get an appointment for a shower door install. When I call you are too busy with other customers. When I go in it’s to late to schedule me. Some of us have jobs and are calling on our brakes. You have one person in that store who works in plumbing who is assigned the job of shower door install scheduling. I’m about to spend $1,000 on a door and I’m rushed off the phone “hello hello I’m with another customer call back” or “hello I’m with a customer I will call you back”. This guy does not have time to schedule me and hates his job it sounds like. Might need to heck in on him. You need a scheduling department!
