The finished product was worth the wait. Great job!nnAfter we purchased our home we found a leaky lanai on our hands. Considering its age, and the likelihood of not being able to successfully repair the leaks, we decided to replace it with a new one. After inspecting other lanais in the neighborhood, we contacted three companies for bids on our project.nAfter reviewing the various proposed drawings, comparing estimates and the professionalism offered by each of the three companies, we settled on Absolute Aluminum. Joe, our Outdoor Product Specialist, provided us with drawings to our specifications. Also, prior to the construction start several others came and reviewed our plans with us again to insure that every detail was right.nOnce the project got underway, progress was quick - Tear down of the old lanai, some roof repairs and construction of the new lanai. Once the builders (John and Brandon) started progress was quick. Whenever problems were encountered, they handled them quickly and professionally. And, every evening before stopping for the day, the site was left clean.nThe newly finished lanai fully met our expectations. Additionally, the quality of materials used and overall construction plan ended in a top notch finished lanai. We couldn't be happier - Thank you Absolute Aluminum and your professional team members.
Excellent finished product with outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. Delivered exactly what was promised. Staff went above and beyond in touch up painting, ensuring all the doors opened in the proper direction and capping the vertical beams. We couldn’t be happier with our motorized screens for our outdoor lanai. Tim the installer was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain everything about how the screens functioned and more importantly was meticulous in insuring that the installation was perfect. Great experience great people. Highly recommend.
The quality of the installation was just fine. Once they finally arrived they were able to complete the job in one day.nnLike I say once they finally arrived. My job was postponed five times. I scheduled it five months in advance yet they were unable to keep their schedule. When I attempted to contact the scheduling department to find out why my installation was taking so long to begin, I was told to check an email sent me earlier and follow those directions. I was told I would be notified the night before the installation would take place. I also asked to be contacted by someone so I could discuss the front door options. I really didn’t want to have just a Plain Jane screened front door and was willing to pay for an upgrade to a nicer door. I never received a phone call about the door and consequently, when the installation was completed, I ended up with a Plain Jane door. InnAs I said, the quality of the job was good but everything leading up to it so far short of satisfactory.
Love Absolute Aluminum they just finished our new lanai cage and we couldn’t be more thrilled. We had 3 bids and Absolute was in the middle but you got a lot more so they were the best. The whole process from beginning to end was fantastic. The communication, knowledge, professionalism was excellent. The crews that took down was excellent cleaned the are before they left. The crew that installed Marco, Omar and Sammy were great not enough words to describe them. They were very polite, knowledgeable and just really good guys a joy to have around. Definitely would recommend Absolute Aluminum.
