Victor and his team did a wonderful job refinishing my kitchen and bath cabinets, with an impressive attention to details. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and would give them 6 stars if I could. Ask for Leo!

This was an easy company to get the project started. Victor was very helpful in answering our questions and describing what we could expect. Unfortunately his time table was not realistic and he was not very good at letting us know about the unavoidable delays. On the other hand his workers, especially Jay, provided us with real time information on what was slowing the project down. Jay had a terrific work ethic and made sure we were satisfied with the job before he left for the last time. We also felt that we needed to be very specific about what we expected to be done since Victors contract was very rudimentary and didn’t reflect all the items we had agreed to verbally. We sent a list which served as the basis for the work that we wanted done. We would encourage that if you hire this company be clear about exactly what is expected in writing and be prepared for unavoidable delay.

Nhance of Sarasota is the best refinishing company I have ever used and I have used a lot. They sealed a beautiful solid driftwood table for me. Then, they took a Thomasville solid oak china display cabinet that was whitewashed, stained and distressed it to match my table. I wish I could post pictures because it’s just BEAUTIFUL. I’m grateful for such craftsmanship. 5 Stars for sure.

Victor was great at the beginning of the project for refacing my cabinets. He also helped me with some issues with a granite place that he deals with which was very kind. I am a snowbird and was not in my condo when the project was finished. I returned in August and found a number of things that were needed to be done to finish the project. Victor assured me that they would be done soon. It is now October 27th and the work is still not completed. Victor has not returned my texts or calls for the past few weeks. This is not good customer service and although I recommended him before, I surely would not recommend again. I feel that they might be taking on too many projects that they cannot complete in a timely manner. Be aware of that and possibly get a completion date, with penalty, writing.

My kitchen looks amazing! Victor explained everything very well including the time he needed, and the cost. I am so pleased with the customer service I got. I would recommend them to anyone in my family.
