I contacted B&G as one of 4 local companies to price installing plantation shutters in our Osprey home. We have arches over some of the windows and most of their competitors were talking about non-operable louvers in that area. B&G suggested a panel to cover the arch with decorative molding. Cut the costs way down and looks fantastic! The shutters came in more quickly than expected, and when Eric G. came out to do the install, he found a couple of issues with them that he was not happy with. He installed them, ordered some new parts and replacement sections and a week later came out to make the adjustments. Everything looks and works fantastic. We could not be any happier. I would recommend them highly and will definitely use in the future for any window treatments.

Had what was going to seem like a great experience in the beginning. Office staff at Venice location was very nice! Very helpful in picking out a color and let me take a book home!...than it got weird. Design lady named Dianne came to our home and measured. We had every detail that we wanted more or less planned out. She called the following day promptly to let us know the fabric would be about $2,000 sounded reasonable. Called the following day and said that a rough estimate would be $4,800 for 7 sets of window drapes one being a set for sliding glass door. When I asked her what made up the $4,800 she more or less IMMEDIATELY got defensive and said they usually don’t itemize the quote. I explained that I work in a field where everything is itemized and I would prefer to know exactly, “what was what”, as I’m a detail oriented person. She than proceeded to make a point that being condescending was more important than tailoring the customer experience to fit my needs and said, “well this isn’t the automotive industry”. At that I had simply wasted enough time begging someone to take $5,000 of my money when they were not willing to simply explain some details...I don’t care what industry you’re in. You’re in the people business. And if you can’t take the extra time to listen, and go the extra mile. You simply lose opportunities. Ended up measuring the dimensions myself and ordered custom drapes from Etsy for $1200 for every window and my father in law and I put them up. The most important thing here to you all is ARGUING your point instead of taking care of the customer and SOLVING the problem...

We had blackout roller shades installed in our living room and patio sliding door. Absolutely love them!!! The product Coby suggested took care of the glare problem we were having on the TV. Great product and great service. Installation was done quickly, carefully and everything cleaned up. Highly recommend Coby and his team for all your window treatment needs.
