I purchased a beautiful leather living room set including a power recliner a year ago. Recently, my puppy managed to chew the wires on the recliner so I was without power. The owner took a personal interest in my dilemma and quickly arranged for a replacement electrical unit and personally installed the new motor in the middle of the pandemic. My wife and I were very impressed with this exceptional customer service. We will be customers for life.

I can’t emphasize enough how easy it was to get nice furniture.nnJeff and Steve were both exceptionally helpful. I was unaware that with custom furniture you can customize so many variables. Everything was written down and sketched out - even my floor plan was taken into account. This was a relief to me as I was always unsure of which specific model to get to fit into my home.nnI purchased a large sectional couch and office chair. I just had the chair delivered and the level of comfort I have for my back was immediately noticeable.nnThank you for your help. I’ll be coming back for another couch for our living room!
Great salespeople, great customer service. Delivery (Fred) exceptional explained everything,how to care for the chairs and answered all question,nI did not see Steve but he was there as well to help take away old furniture which was a excellant relief, tgey will donate since still in good shape. Kenny our sales person and was excellant, no pressure, very patient in answering our questions.nEveryone there was excellent so glad we went in to there storenI cannot stress how nice it was to go in and be treated so nicely without pressure whether we were purchasing or not. Thank you.
