The mattress I got, Sapphire Euro Top, is phenomenal! And the service I received was top notch. I ordered the mattress and it came in when Dalton promised and delivered as promised. Also, the price was right in line with my budget and was very affordable. I will definitely purchase another mattresses when needed from BoxDrop. I recommend them for pricing, sales, and service!
Dalton was fantastic! He helped us out with getting quality mattresses quickly and at a great price. He let us try different box spring heights to determine what works best for our situation, and he was very accommodating with all of our requests and questions. Highly recommended, couldn’t ask for more!
Nothing but good things to say about Dalton. Helped us pick out the right mattress for us. Ordered a mattress for us because the one he had was not perfect. Sent back one that had minor defects. Delivered a king box set to our home. All good. Most importantly, this isn't some fly by night guy selling mattresses out of a truck. He is very knowledgeable, has a great selection of product for all different needs/price points. He will get you what you want at a great price and follow though to delivery. So glad we found him. Great guy! Didn’t have extras of the size we wanted and offered to order it, but we were in a pinch and he agreed to sell us his new floor model that he had just set out. We can’t recommend him enough!
