Mattress One

Worst experience EVER. Bought a nectar mattress from here. Mattress was horrible went to return per their policy i had 120 days through nectar and 3 months through them. It has been 5 MONTHS back and forth from the store and nectar themselves. 2 hour hold phone calls mutiple trips back and forth. I can’t even start to explain the frustration and headache it all was. The store would NOT do ANYTHING!!!!!!! Yet i called another store in Jacksonville and they said the store should return it no matter what. I went to store again they said i had to go through nectar ( which they no longer do business with nectar).Finally got a hold of someone through Nectar 5 MONTHS later. They explained since i did not purchase through their website there is no way to return they don’t have any transaction or money in order to do a return since it was from the store. The store WILL not do ANYTHING!!!!! Will not call their manager, keep telling me to go through nectar. Long story short save ur time and MONEY and go somewhere ELSE!!! Now I’m stuck with a $1000 matttress sitting in my bedroom. HORRIBLE! I have been calling their “customer service” number which is located in Orlando. I NEVER get a call back and the one time i did talk to someone she said there’s nothing she can do but a manager will call me back, well it’s been 5 MONTHS and no call!!! You guys are liars.

Terrible service from the moment we walked into the store. The sales person ROY immediately told us that they only had one brand of mattresses in stock due to COVID 19. That’s fine, I understand. When I asked the price he needed 10 minutes to look up a price?? Seriously. So we purchased that one. After 3 times asking our address he charged us for 2 mattresses. We had to correct the issue. We told him we only needed the mattress and box spring. With no exaggeration this took 45 minutes. We were the only people in the store. The next day the delivery comes and the drivers asked me to sign for the delivery and attached to the clip board is a taped $1 bill stating tips are appreciated. I signed and walked back to the front door. Next thing I know they left the mattress, box spring, and a frame by my front door. No setting it up or any communication. Just drop and go. I looked on my receipt and yup, he changed me for that too. More fool me for not verifying but we were so frustrated we just wanted out of the store. My wife just went to return the frame which we were charged $99 and the second she walked in the same salesman said “we don’t take returns”. You can call my manager if you like. He also said you got $100 off the mattress so you actually got it for free. We were never told you get $100 off and a free frame! They charged us for the frame. My wife just left the frame there and left a message on the managers phone. The service and care for their customers is awful. I don’t recommend this store by any means!

We need a queen bed fast and Steve took care of us. Super job.
