Purchased bunk beds from here. When delivered I was informed they had a leak and my order was under the leak and that there appeared to be damage to the bottom uprights. Not only was there possible water damage but huge gouges in the wood and the hardware was completely missing. When the driver called to order replacement parts they didn't offer a date for replacement parts. I had to call and schedule. They were to call me the day before but didn't so I had to call again and come to find out they never scheduled it. After finally getting that issue fixed they only told the drivers about the hardware so the drivers didn't even know about the uprights. Doubt I will be getting anything else here. Only saving grace was both sets of delivery guys were great.
Easy peasy. Nice people. Very happy with this store. Just bought a recliner. I have purchased in the past 2 recliners, a sofa and a trundle bed, and I have my eye on another sofa.
Josh helped me and my husband try to find a TV console that would work well with my current furniture. He went above and beyond to help us. He even brought over a chair ( which we had bought) to see how it would go with the console. He also suggested accent tables as well. He was really helpful and was not high pressure. We will go back and ask for him when we decide what exactly we want.
