I had a wonderful experience buying a sofa set here. I’ll admit, I went in a little skeptical mainly because I’m used to furniture shopping at those giant chain stores. I went inside thinking there wouldn’t be many options, but I was very wrong! Somehow they managed to keep a large furniture inventory fairly organized in a relatively small space. I found a set that I was interested in, at that point Joan made the rest of the process a breeze. She’s a great sales woman! The absolute best part is that this store manages to keep their products in stock to be readily available for purchase and delivery. I bought my furniture and had it delivered and assembled within 24 hours. Many other stores were back ordered on a majority of their furniture for at least 18 weeks. I’m so glad that I not only supported a local business, but I was able to bring a wonderful purchase home as soon as I did.

This store has beautiful pieces - we are repeat customers and can’t say enough good things about the place! The customer service is outstanding - Ken and Gloria are a pleasure to deal with, so friendly and efficient. We love the place and recommend it highly.

Gloria and Ken at Everything Cool have been nothing but helpful from day one. We went in there looking for a dining room table set and found what we had been looking for, for months, and had yet to find anywhere else. Gloria took her time to show us how the table worked (it had the option to expand) and even took the time to show us options if we wanted to switch any of the chairs around, etc. After seeing that the table set had an associated bedroom set, we went so far as to cancel the bedroom set we'd ordered from another company, as we could tell the quality at Everything Cool far exceeded our initial expectations. Throughout the entire process, Gloria worked with us, without any pressure, and made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Thank you, Gloria and Ken, for a true St. Augustine gem!
