Wasn't very inviting. I was greeted at the door but nobody followed-up. Lady at the desk never even said a word as I walk out the door. Guess it doesn't matter if I was able to find what I was looking for. I had high hopes since I'd be buying multiple items. Shower systems, bathtub, faucets, sinks and toilet. I hate big box stores, because the poor quality and lack of customers service.
They were very helpful and was able to get me started on my shower doors.
Found side mount flush lever wonderful lady help me.
Great selections. Various trim options available. It's good to look & feel. Also Destiny has been super helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the right stuff the 1st time. I love this place. Also doing very well with social distancing, gloves, mask and hand sanitizer. Showroom open by appointment.
My shopping experience was superb from scheduling to payment. Destiny listened to our vision and brought all if the pieces together flawlessly. The selection available made me feel like a kid in a candy factory! All future home fixture purchases will only come through Ferguson!
