Lowe's isn't too busy, but the employees were pretty helpful! We were able to buy a pack of tools for my mom's new place and put together some furniture. We also found a sweet bundle for a Google Nest Mini 2 + a GE smart plug just in time for Christmas (and remoteless Christmas tree light control ud83cudf84). The online the price for the bundle was $29.99 and the in-store cardboard banner listed $39.99. However, the employees at customer service ensured us our purchase would match that of online and that was very reassuring as times are rough and budgets are tight. I look forward to the next year of home improvement projects!

I took my 87 year old father today to the Lowe's in Winter Haven to look for plumbing fittings. We asked two employees for assistance to look for supplies and they brushed us off. Finally Mr. Frank Rowland, employed by Lowe's was able to assist us with the plumbing supplies needed. A big shout out to Mr. Rowland for being so helpful and excellent customer service.

I went to Lowe's found what I wanted on display. Waited 40 minutes for someone to help me and I was second in line. Then I am told they don't have the item in stock and none on order. She then tells me I can go to the website and order the item but that it could take up to 6 months or longer to get the item. They would not sell the floor model. I don't understand why you have items on the floor to sell and then they have nothing to sell. Of course Covid was to blame. Sorry no longer a good excuse

I like home depot better. But lowes has way better paint and painting supplies

I love Lowe's. One thing that bothered me today was that there were 2 employees arguing about who was cutting wire and why one didn't know how and the other was helping a customer quite loudly. Won't deter me from shopping there again but that wasn't the time or place for them to argue. Otherwise my visit was great as usual.
