Was looking for a bolt-on set of bed rails. Mattress Firm had them, after checking two other rivals. They price was fair, the package was small and the assembly relatively easy. The staff was helpful and friendly. I shall return for bedroom needs.
I went to visit the store yesterday, looking for a mattress. I walk in and was greeted by Kaitlyn.nI was telling her the dilemma, I had experienced from another store from purchasing a complete set. I was so disappointed. She was so knowledgeable and answer all my questions concerning a new bed, that I desperately needed. I was happy knowing I will be getting a new bed soon. I was greeted when I first came to their store. Kevin knew I was looking and explained all the types of beds and mattresses they had. Tried many if the mattresses while covered with paper to protect the bedding. Even though I was undecided , he remained very pleasant. I went back today and Angel was there. He was also very accommodating and helpful. I went home undecided again and when I came back a few hours later, I purchased you showed me the right bed and mattress for me. Thank you Kevin and Angel for your patience and consideration. Looking forward to my new bed. Great quality and super great price.

My husband & I were there two different days. Both Katie & Jordan were very helpful & informative, helping us make the right decision on our bed purchase. I highly recommend this place.
