Seamless reservation system from online system to personal touch from store manager introducing themselves over a phone call that day. They knew to expect me and had everything ready upon my entry. Upfront about costs fees and explained everything before I even needed to ask. Location was spotless and customer service was outstanding.
The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The ladies there really took their time to explain the process and made me feel very comfortable about my decision. I would definitely recommend the brand new Holiday location
Sam did a great job explaining the in and outs at this location. Its very clean and its great to have a climate controlled unit for a reasonable price. It also has elevator access which is nice
This company is outstanding since the moment I contacted Cube Mart customer service was excellent they booked my reservation to see the unit which is impecable. I received a call after a minute I got off the phone with CS. Samantha treated me and guided me threw the facility in addition Cindy the GM explained the procedures and everything regarding the great benefits of having a unit with Cube Smart ... great job you all thank you for everything.
