We spent good money and furniture we purchased is mechanically falling apart. 7 months ago we filled out warranty complaint with pictures and we have not been contacted. Very poor customer relations but quick to take our money. I would not recommend them. Go to a name brand furniture and get what you pay for. We wish we would have. ud83dude20

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My roommate and and I purchased a small sectional from this location, after delivery we realized they gave us two different pieces to two different sectionals. We called them to explain what happened and the associate tells us to “just leave it for now, we need to contact the manufacturer we have no more of that particular sectional in stock” we ask if we could have the piece we need from the floor model and he says “no unfortunately we cannot sell you the floor model” it’s been three days, we called to get an update and ask again if we could skip all the confusion and just have the floor model and the associate this time tells us that he can’t get in contact with the manufacturer and that the floor model has been sold!!!?? WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. We are left with no option but a refund, minus the almost $150 delivery fee due to the fact that this company uses a different “company” that uses cash app as the only form of payment to do their deliveries. Overall this business is SHADY. Don’t waste your time take your money elsewhere.

What a joke!!. Bought a sofa and recliner from them 2 weeks ago. They charged my credit card twice and won't respond to any calls or messages!.! Disputed thru my cc company. Went in today to try and get help and the guy was the worst person ever!.! He couldn't careless and told us to contact cc. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
