What a great store they have in Tarpon Springs! When I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, they got to work and found it in another location and had it delivered within a couple of days. The quality of service and selection is very high.

I went to Tarpon Matter Brothers to find tables for my formal living room nice gentleman helped me and as he was helping me 2 sales ladies were just rudely watching and making comments under their breath. We were going to go ahead and make the purchase of the tables that would have been over $3k but after their behavior I’m not interested in doing business with judgements. Sorry to our salesman but you need to train your associates when they don’t have a customer don’t watch others with a customer and text back and forth to each other and make comments under your breath. I will make my purchase at Annabelles. I found they can get the same tables for me without caddy sales people.

Nice furniture nice staff prices are a bit High but I assume the furniture is worth it.

Purchased a sofa and two chairs which were delivered yesterday . The fabric on the chairs was different than the sample in the showroom so when the chairs arrived, they appeared to have “dirty” bands around the bodies The sample fabric did not show this banding . I went back to the Tarpon Springs store and met with the salesperson Suzie Sutton , and even brought a cushion to show her . She got the sample and while we could both clearly see the “banding” on the cushion and not on the sample , she kept saying I chose the fabric and there was nothing she could do . There was an older lady sitting there, and she kept saying the fabric was not defective, it was lovely . I told them I never said the fabric was defective, just not what the sample shows. I asked both/ either of them to come to my house just to see the chairs. Both refused. I wasn’t looking for anything for free. I was there to get some help. And also pick out the area rug and tables to complete the room. When she refused to even look at the chairs, I said I was stunned that she wouldn’t appease me by even looking. I will not shop there ever again I will not recommend them ever again. The owners are really Nice(met them before) but yesterday, they had THREE employees who all shared the same view. You bought it. You own it. No one offered a solution. I kept trying to explain that the finished product was different from the sample fabric, but there was absolutely no customer service other than “maybe if you buy an area rug, it will all pull together”nnSuzie Sutton, that poor handling yesterday, showed me exactly how unprofessional you are

This furniture store has the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. Spent over $8k wrong furniture delivered didnt show up several times when promised. 5 months later still have wrong furniture and company is unresponsive. .Would leave minus stars if possible.
