The staff is very accommodating and they explain everything very well. Today I stopped by to discuss a rate change. I explained to Kim my situation having lost my job due to Covid last year. In less than 1 hour she was able to reduce the rate increase by $ 9.00 a month which is a big help. Great friendly efficient service by Kim today!

I made a bone-headed error when booking my Extra Space unit (accidentally reserved in Palm Springs Florida instead of Palm Springs CALIFORNIA!), and when I called the Florida office the local agent Kim could not have been nicer, she immediately reversed my charges there in Florida, and wished me luck in California. SO nice and professional--for my first experience with Extra Space I am so grateful how great their customer service is! Thanks again Kim!

I had such a wonderful experience. Ken was very professional and knowledgeable. I walked into the office undecided, asked over 100 questions but Ken had patience, took the time to answer all my questions and provide the best options. I chose this storage facility based on the reviews and phone screening of other companies in the area. I am very pleased with my decision.. The unit I rented was very clean with great air-conditioning. There are bathrooms and carts available in the entrance to the storage area. Everyone I interacted with was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Ken was so kind in helping me upgrade to a larger unit on the day of the move. He patiently answered all my questions and personally showed me the location of my unit and how to use the security code and the cylinder lock. The telephone customer service with this company is also terrific; someone promptly answered my call after hours when I forgot the number of my storage unit. So glad I did my research and settled on Extra Space Storage in Palm Springs Florida.
