It was a really good experience. Kifah really helped us understand the different kinds of mattresses and the materials that go into them. I was able to find the right type of mattress for me & Im super excited for my purchase. I’m even more excited that I got to learn something new for next time me or a family member needs to purchase a mattress. I will definitely be back when I need some pillows!
We have been sleeping on the worst mattress in the world for a few months now. Went to the Kissimmee store and met Kifah, who was very knowledgeable and patient. He really listened to what we were dealing with and what we needed. He led us to a beautiful Beautyrest black L-class extra firm, which, due to the Labor day sale, was well within our price range. Delivery is scheduled for Saturday, and we're very excited! I did not expect to be able to afford such a high end mattress. Kifah was fantastic!
