Couldn't be happier with the estimator, the crews on either end, and the driver. We moved from NE Florida to the Tucson area, and everything was on schedule, the crews were friendly and worked their butts off, and took extra care with stuff that we, frankly, hadn't wrapped as well as we should have.nOur 12-year accumulation of stuff--about 10,000 pounds--arrived intact, on schedule, and placed carefully in a two-story house.nMoving ain't easy, but this was a pleasure!

I cannot recommend The Beltman Group and North American Van Lines more highly! I had a partial home move from Florida to NJ and they were responsive, timely and reasonably priced in preparation for the move. Kimberly kept me up to date through the planning process and followed up with me after the move to make sure I was satisfied... and Rodney our mover was awesome. If I could give 10 Stars I would :-D

I am very shocked with their costumer service. There is a person named Kimberly Daugherty that is the rudest and disrespectful person working there. She has hung up on me two time, the two times we spoke on the phone regarding my move. She has a terrible attitude and won't give me any answers on when am I going to get all my furniture.nnSince day one she has been rude. I have been waiting for her or Scott Bugielski from SIRVA con contact me and tell me when are the movers coming back to uncrade the last of my things so I can have all of my furniture inside my home. Scott just says he doesn't know because it's up to Kimberly and that he is going to call me back and never has. This has been going on since last week and again today.nnI am trying to get a hold of the owner and tell him everything that has happened and that it is still happening so that he can help up but had no luck.nnI regret hiring this moving company. The movers were not carefull when loading down my other furniture, broke a piece of my dining table and scratch some of my walls.

I recently worked with Beltmann moving company and had a fantastic experience! Everyone from the salesman who estimated my move to the office staff who scheduled everything to the actual moving crew the day of were very responsive and easy to work with. The crew was very careful with all furniture and did not damage anything. I would honestly recommend this company!
