We bought all new bedroom furniture from here in September. Everyone was great when buying everything including our Tempur-pedic mattress (which was the only thing we ever actually received). We chose something that they said would be in by latest end of October. When we didn’t receive our furniture at the end of the month I called and they said it would be another month but they would update me if it got pushed out again. When we didn’t receive our furniture in November I called again and they said December. This has continued for months with no updates and every time they say they will call back they don’t. Twice they said they would process our refund and 3 weeks later they still haven’t. Their communication between each other and with their customers is horrible. 4 months later we don’t have furniture or our money back to go else where for furniture. Do not recommend.

Buyer Beware!! If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a table, four stools, a temperpedic (sp) mattress, and assorted tables from these folks in August of 2020. They didn't have the stools in stock so they ordered them from Ashley furniture to be delivered in September. Guys, it is almost April 2021 and I still haven't gotten those stools. I have called them 20+ times. In fact, they have me on hold right now, as I'm writing this review. Sometimes they tell me they can't find me in the system. Sometimes they tell me the stools are a bit delayed but will be in next month. Sometimes they promise to call me back and never do. Sometimes they leave me on hold until I hang up. Today though, they found my order and told me that the new delivery date is in May. May, guys. I ordered these stools in August of 2020. They absolutely refuse to refund my money. I'm honestly at my wits end. What do I do next? File a police report? Small claims court. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Karl is the Best! Helped me find the “right” sofa for my living room. He was patient, and didn’t mind measuring 100 couches! Lol! Bought several pieces there; great prices!!!
