Felipe from Visser closets is an artist. He consistently makes beautifully designed closets (he has worked on over 10 closets for my family). The closets are not just beautiful they are thoughtfully designed, durable and useful. Additionally his customer service is incredible. He personally supervises his workers to make sure everything is done well and correctly. He also works with customers to accommodate last minute changes when requested - even if difficult. I cannot recommend visser closets enough.
My wife and I have been thoroughly impressed with our new closets ever since we bought and remodeled our condo in Brickell five years ago. Felipe and his team have been great to work with, and the two very minor issues we had (a drawer mechanism a couple of years ago and a soft-close door hinge just this week) have been resolved by Felipe in the most professional and timely manner. We can't say enough about how responsive and courteous he is. I recommend Visser Closets very highly!
