I love my new Tress mattress! This is my first time sleeping on a foam mattress and while I was admittedly hesitant, I love it! The ease of ordering as well as the customer service live chat option was so helpful to ensure that I was purchasing the right bed frame. Ordering a Tress in NYC was also great because I didn’t have to be home for the delivery as it came in a box and my super was able to receive it from FedEx. The mattress is sleek, comfortable, and I’m sleeping great!!
I moved for the first time in 35 years and picked up a new mattress for my new home. The cloud queen for both my wife and I. This mattress is amazing. At both my wife and I in our mid 60s have terrible backs and knees. The mattress relieves all pressure during our sleep. I would highly suggest this for anyone in a similar situation with our pain.nnThe mattress came in a simple “green” box, which I love. The mattress was easily unpacked and filled out quickly. What a wonderful sleep!
I LOVE my Tress!! I have chronic pain and often have trouble sleeping through the night, and my Tress mattress has made a major difference in my quality of sleep. It is SO comfy, and the memory foam is actually cooling - so I don't wake up sweating. Ordering from their website was super easy, and delivery was quick. Love that each mattress is made in the USA (and thanks, Paul, for making mine!) I HIGHLY recommend Tress.
Their customer service is remarkable. They were always quick to respond and were very polite and to the point. They were even very kind and went the extra mile to help me with the process of returning a whole mattress.
I’ve had my Tress for about a week now and it’s been the most comfortable sleeping experience I’ve ever had (except some hotel beds). I’m so happy with it and the pillows are divine as well.
