Marcella is very rude. Called to inquire about replacement cushion covers for a model they sell, she was short and belittling saying its expensive and made it sound like I was making a ridiculous request. I have been looking for this model for 2 weeks (i know they are expensive - i'm looking at Covers for $500) Was told they don't know the manufacture of their furniture they sell. With no help to source how to replace the product. Attached is her response after the second email - first email was do you sell cushions. Horrible customer service.
Great customer service! I was immediately greeted by the sales associate who was readily able to tend to all my needs. I purchased a beautiful living room set. Not only does it looks amazing at my home, but the price was very reasonable! The delivery men were very careful, delicate, and pleasant. I would definitely be back!
My experience in the store with Martha was excellent. The choice of modern furniture they offer is excellent.nDelivery of the furniture was timely and the 2 gentlemen who delivered the goods were very professional.nnThis store is only to be recommended.
