Nice collection of men's stuff
There is a woman who works in the men's athletes department named, Irina. Today was my second time being helped by her and she truly went above and beyond for my family and me. I love Macys. But this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Every time I come pick up my order I see an empty desk, than if someone comes to the desk they just walk away like the line with customers doesn't exist. Something has to be done, can management just look at the cameras and do something about careless behavior of their staff? How these people get hired if they don't know how to pull up the order and press Enter button?
