Everything I wanted they don't have also I wanted a ridge also not in the store I have to wait 6 weeks to get it now they have were a customer has to pay a deposit in order to get the product I never had to pay before I can understand if I was a new customer but I am not
Went into Badcock and looked at the selection and couldn't make up my mind. The sales representative Linda was so patient and helped my family choose the perfect set.
Laci is the best! She was so helpful and did everything we asked of her with a smile. Laci is the sales rep to see when going to this store. A rare find of great customer service in chiefland florida.

Lacie is wonderful. From start to finish she was extremely helpful. I visited the store several times before finally making my final selection. No matter how long I took or how many times I changed my mind, had her add this take that off she was happy to help. Upon check out there where some hiccups with a situation prior and she jumped right into action to have it taken care of. She assured me it was no bother and she was happy to do so. We set the delivery date (only two days after my down payment ud83dude0a) and the furniture was delivered on that day! Allen and Dayn (delivery guys) where just as amazing. They carried the furniture right up. They up the couch together, and set the bed inside for me (due to covid they are only allowed to put things together, which is completely understandable and not there fault). I highly recommended Badcock & More of Chiefland and there amazing staff. I will definitely be back to purchase from them again.
