We spoke 3 time on the phone with the company to get information to refinish two excellent and expensive tables. We agreed to have a rep come to the house to give an estimate. At no time was a charge discussed.nThe representative came, several days later, an hour and half late from the scheduled time of 1:00 to 3:00 O'clock. At no time did he mention a charge for coming out until we discussed what needed to be done. Then he informed us we owed $35.00 for his trip.nWe paid the fee anyway and he said he would get back to us with the cost ,which was very expensive. Because of the cost we decided to have only one of the tables refinished. He then informed us there would be an additional $55.00 charge to pick up the furniture. We then declined the work.nIf we had been informed ot these charges in the beginning we would never have had them come out. Very unprofessional and deceiving.
Recently had several pieces of furniture repainted by Furniture Tech and am very pleased with the results. They were very responsive with return calls and keeping me informed during the process, from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend them and/or use them again in the future!
Had them out to diagnose my recliner. The found the problem and said they would be back to me within a week. 2 1/2 months later I get a call to ask for additional information off my recliner. In the mean time I contacted another company and they repaired within 3 weeks (they had to order a part). I had called furniture tech 2 and no response. Unprofessional and they have no customer support.
Mivers broke my 50 year old rocking chair. Rockers were broken .right off. Furniture tech did a beautiful repair job and painted it beautifully
They help me with my needs it was just a simple screws I needed to fasten the seat on my dining chair. They knew what to do and I was very pleased with them
