Bought an outdoor furniture set. Two employees said the same table was returned and is on clearance but couldn't figure out what it was priced at. The flyer said seven pieces and they couldn't figure out why there were only six. At check out, I said to the woman at the register can you send someone to help me load all of this. She said yes...nobody came to help so my wife and I loaded it, one employee watched us struggling while he gathered carts. We spent a lot of money and left frustrated. Love the set just not the experience.

This place let's any one walk around with out masks. Some of there employees did not even have them on.

This Store has a very Low Customer’s Service. I went today and trying to get help over 40 minutes and the customer service assistant called for someone to help me in plumbing Department and nobody came. Finally I found three people at the register in the Home Department and ask to one of them to help me that I have been over 40 minutes waiting for someone and I didn’t want to get my car and drive to Home Depot’s Store because it was far. Do you know what that employee answer???.I will send you straight to Home Depot. So I got insulted with his answer and left to Home Depot. Home Depot have more employees happy to assist any customer. No wonder HOME DEPOT located at Skyline and Veterans in Cape Coral was full of customer and Lowe’s was empty and few customers around the store and not only that a saw few employees without a mask to prevent COVID-19 never again going to that store.ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

Excellent store! Recommend shopping Monday-Thursday for less crowds. Weekends are packed. Fantastic and knowledgeable reps in the store's various departments. Competitive pricing. 10x better than the store on Pine Island Rd.
