I had a fantastic experience with Baer’s. They had a large selection of well-priced sofas in the style that I like. The service was fantastic and our sales rep, Terry, was patient with my family when we visited on three separate occasions before making a decision! Terry didn’t pressure us and we felt comfortable discussing options with him. The sofa we decided to purchase did have a one-month delay for delivery, which we were made aware of in advance. It was worth the wait! Fantastic quality and design. On top of it all, the delivery staff was amazing - kind, professional, and communicative and exactly on time! They even delivered all the way to St Petersburg, FL.

Baer’s is a symphony of class in the furniture business! Truly an extraordinary experience, 5-star! My salesman Kristian was both knowledgeable and personable and made a daunting mattress purchase a pleasure! I am so excited to sleep on my Kings Down Sleep to Live! Ahhh! My purchase was delivered as expected and the guys helped me put my king size set in place. No issues, just finally a perfect experience and product well worth the price tag. Our salesperson Melissa was a pleasure to work with. She was patient and very helpful in the decorating our dinning and living rooms.. Her understanding of what we were trying to do made her suggestions all the more meaningful.nThe delivery guys were courteous and thoughtful.They put felt pads on all of the furniture to prevent scratching our wood floors.nWorking with the professional Baers team was a joy.

If I could, I would give them a minus ten stars. The store personnel may be courteous and knowledgeable, and the manager may be OK. But if you have a problem with anything, the corporate attitude is to give the customer as much grief as they can. It took us two years and three installations of the same flooring, and it still was a horrible installation. We went all the way to the top, and all they wanted to do was yell at us. If I sound like sour grapes, I am. But for the money we spent, we have NEVER been treated so badly. They truly do not care to please the customer.
